Q1. What type of hair care products should I use?
A: Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair.
1. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products.
2. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioners.
3. You could use gel or hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products in for a long time.
4. Olive oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy.


Q2. How long does it last?
A: This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for it to last longer. If you take good care of the hair, it last for over one year.


Q3. Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?
A: Your Hair Extensions can tangle due to being to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt-water, chlorine and not combin(wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.



Upon Receipt of Hair:

Always inspect the hair before installing the hair. Leave the bundle intact. If there are any issues with the hair you should notice at this time.

Prior to the installation of your hair extensions, for extra protection of your weft, we recommend you seal your weft! It will eliminate shedding and add longevity to your investment.

Next, you want to co-wash the hair (This is highly recommended for ALL 100% Virgin Hair.)

 

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR HAIR EXTENSIONS INSTALLATION

1. Wash hair w Sulfate free Parabin free shampoo
2. Always dry hair at the attached area/the scalp, the beads, weft, fusions. And let the ends air dry to save from heat damage.
3.Brush extensions 3 to 4 times a day to prevent damage.
4. AVOID salt water & Pool water lrotect the hair with conditioner and pull it up in a bun if you must go to these places.
5.At night before bed, put your hair in two braided pigtails to prevent wear and tear/ pulling and matting during sleep.
6. Protect your investment, buy an extension hairbrush, also a Satin Pillowcase, and some JUST FOR EXTENSIONS hair product/ conditioner.
7. Always keep in contact with your stylist for any questions or concerns.


Instructions for Virgin Hair:
Our hair is 100% Virgin Hair and must be co-washed (washing hair with a moisturizing conditioner) in order to transform the hair from its raw state to beautiful hair that’s ready to install. Co-Wash the hair BEFORE you make changes to hair (color, perm, etc.).
Step 1.) Co-Wash the Hair
Step 2.) Rinse thoroughly with cold water
Step 3.) Scrunch up hair gently to reform curls.
Step 4.) Air Dry
Step 5.) Install

 

.Maintenance Instruction for All Textures: Shampoo .at least once a week.
.Use a shampoo no higher than PH 7.
.Do NOT massage.
.Rinse thoroughly with luke-warmwater.
.Apply conditioner and comb through with a wide tooth comb, starting with the ends working your way up you scalp.
.Rinse thoroughly.
.Let air dry.

 

Daily Maintenance:
Use styling products minimally to avoid build up.
For Wavy & Curly hair use a spray bottle of water for natural look
For a “WET” look, we suggest a leave in conditioner & water
AVOID ALCOHOL BASED PRODUCTS TO AVOID DRYING OUT YOUR INVESTMENT!
Dampen hair with a water bottle
Comb through (wide tooth comb) beginning at the ends and working your way up to your scalp.
Scrunch up hair gently to reform curls.
Let hair air-dry.
Style as desired.
